OUR ROOTS

Rover Elementary School opened in 1975, named in honor of Dr. R. Craig Rover. Dr. Rover began his service to Tempe Elementary Schools in 1959 as a member of the Board of Trustees. His service on the Board spanned 16 years, including several terms as president.
